Terms & Practical Information

Casa Danese and Casa Lecceta are rented out through Hamburgerbike.

Bo Hamburger is responsible for the rental unless otherwise stated.

Upon booking, 40% of the agreed rental amount is paid immediately.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 12 weeks before arrival.

Check-in

Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is from 4:00 PM on the agreed arrival date, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the agreed departure date.

Final cleaning, linen, and towels

Final cleaning is agreed at €250 (€300 when renting the entire Casa Lecceta, €120 for Lu Mare), payable on-site.

Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are €25 per person and are also paid on-site.

Use of the property

The entire house and pool area are for the exclusive use of the guest.

All appliances and household equipment are available for free use.

Liability / Damages

Any items that are broken or damaged by the guest must be reported immediately to Bo Hamburger, and compensation will be agreed upon.

Force majeure

The tenant is not released from payment of the rental amount if they are unable to use the property due to personal circumstances or force majeure (war, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

Hamburgerbike may terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect if the property cannot be made available due to force majeure (war, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

Complaints

Any defects or complaints are handled by Hamburgerbike.

Complaints regarding the rental property must always be reported to Bo Hamburger immediately upon arrival, and no later than 24 hours after check-in.

Issues such as unsatisfactory cleaning must be reported on the day of arrival and handled between the guest and the local representative.

The guest must allow a reasonable time for any issues to be corrected.

If the issue cannot be resolved locally, it is very important that the guest contacts Hamburgerbike immediately so that we can assist.

Complaints that cannot be resolved on-site and are to be handled by Hamburgerbike must be submitted no later than 7 days after returning home.

If the guest leaves the property without notifying Hamburgerbike and without allowing a reasonable time to resolve the issue, Hamburgerbike cannot be held responsible for any compensation.

If the guest has not reported any issues during the stay, Hamburgerbike will not be able to process complaints afterward.
